I speak Spanish and English, plus German and Italian. Write in whichever is yours
and I'll stick with it. I may understand other languages, but I can't promise the
same quality.
Do you send photos or voice notes?
No. Roxie is text only: she doesn't send images or audio, and if you send her a
photo or a voice note we don't open it or store its content.
Do you remember previous conversations?
Yes, that's the point. Roxie keeps memory of what you tell her so you don't start
from scratch every time. It's an intended feature, not a side effect.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Write to hello@roxietee.com and we
delete your memory and your profile. We only keep what the law requires us to, such
as the record of a purchase. Your rights are detailed in the
Privacy Policy.
What are Telegram Stars?
They are Telegram's in-app currency. You buy them inside Telegram itself and they
pay for message packs, the 30-day pass and voluntary tips. Payment is handled by
Telegram (and, depending on your device, Apple or Google): we never see card
details. Refunds are explained in the Terms.
