Minimal browser storage, no adtech clutter.
Roxie currently keeps the landing page deliberately light: no analytics cookies, no ad pixels, and no tracking stack. The only browser-side memory in use is functional storage related to the age gate experience.
1. Current status
At the time of writing, Roxie does not intentionally place cookies on your device for analytics, behavioral advertising, retargeting, or profiling on the landing page.
2. Functional browser storage
Roxie may use limited browser-side storage for strictly functional purposes. In the current setup, this includes remembering that you already passed the adults-only age gate so that the site does not ask you on every visit from the same browser.
This browser-side storage is not used to track you across other websites and is not used for advertising.
3. Technical requests to third parties
Even when no cookies are set by us, some technical requests may still be made to third-party services involved in delivering the website or service. Those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser information, or request metadata as part of normal internet communications.
This is different from saying that Roxie uses marketing or analytics cookies. It simply reflects how websites and infrastructure normally work on the internet.
4. Clearing storage and future updates
You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the age gate to appear again on your next visit.
If Roxie later introduces analytics, embedded third-party tools, marketing pixels, or non-essential cookies, this notice should be updated before those technologies go live.
