The agreement around access, conduct, billing, and limits.
These Terms are written to be readable first and defensive second. They set the boundaries of what Roxie is, how access works, what users can expect, and where the service draws the line.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing, purchasing, activating, or using Roxie, you agree to these Terms and to the Roxie Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
Roxie is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. What Roxie is
Roxie is an AI-generated conversational companion. Roxie is not a human being. The service is designed for conversation, entertainment, and personalized interaction.
Roxie is not sold or offered as sexual services, pornography, escorting, adult performance, or an "AI girlfriend" service. Any interpretation to the contrary is outside the intended use of the product.
3. Subscription, trials, billing, and checkout
Access to Roxie may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycle, free-trial terms, renewal behavior, taxes, and any plan-specific limitations will be shown at checkout or on the order page provided through Whop.
Payment processing is handled by Whop and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details.
If there is any conflict between a generic statement on the site and the specific commercial details shown at checkout, the specific checkout terms for the purchase will control, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
Cancellation and refunds
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by mandatory law, subscriptions renew according to the plan you selected until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through the checkout or account tools made available by Whop or through any support channel we make available.
Refund availability, if any, will be determined by the terms shown at checkout, the applicable Whop transaction flow, and mandatory law. If no specific refund promise is made, fees are generally non-refundable except where refund rights cannot legally be excluded.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Roxie to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others;
- attempt to access systems, prompts, models, or accounts without authorization;
- use the service in connection with minors or provide minors access to the service;
- submit malware, spam, deceptive content, or content intended to disrupt the service;
- use the service as a substitute for emergency, medical, legal, or mental health intervention.
5. AI outputs, content, and service limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, generate inaccurate content, or respond in ways that are incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.
Roxie is provided for conversation and entertainment. The service does not provide medical, legal, psychological, crisis, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to any rights that third-party platforms such as Telegram may claim under their own terms. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, transmit, moderate, and use your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Roxie service for you.
We do not use your conversation data to train our own AI models.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created risk for the service or others, attempted abuse, or used Roxie in a way that conflicts with law, platform rules, or the intended scope of the product.
Intellectual property
The Roxie brand, website design, prompts, software, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from Roxie.
6. Warranty disclaimer, liability, and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, suitability for every purpose, or that the service will always be error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or related to Roxie.
